About us
Zenliracul was created around the personal path of Vasylenko Anna — a meditation material author and mindful presence specialist. The idea behind the courses did not come from the wish to create just another learning file. It grew from real experience with the modern pace of life: too many tasks, scattered attention, body tension, and the feeling that the day passes without a true pause.

At one point, Anna began looking for a calmer way to return to herself during the day. She was not interested in complex systems or loud claims. She was interested in simple actions: sitting more comfortably, noticing the breath, feeling body support, naming the current state in a few words, and writing a short note after practice. These small observations gradually became the foundation of the Zenliracul approach.
Anna created Zenliracul to gather meditation practices into a clear, warm, and structured format. Her aim is to let people become familiar with meditation without pressure, complex terminology, or inflated expectations. She believes practice can be quiet, human, and flexible. It does not need a special mood, ideal conditions, or long preparation. Sometimes, a few minutes, one attentive breath, a short note, and a gentle return to the present moment are enough to begin.
The main Zenliracul learning line was developed by Vasylenko Anna, mindful presence specialist. Her approach was shaped through breath practices, body observation, reflective writing, gentle movement, and calm self-paced study. Anna pays close attention to making the materials understandable, consistent, and suitable for personal rhythm.
In her work, she creates meditation scripts, short practices for morning, midday, and evening, breath observation exercises, note pages, and reflection questions. Her style is based on simple language, attentive care for the learner’s state, and respect for personal pace. At the center of her approach is not one identical experience for everyone, but the opportunity to calmly explore breath, body, attention, thoughts, emotions, and inner space.
Anna’s background includes work with learning materials in meditation, mindful presence, breath practices, and self-paced reflective study. She has worked on session structures, practical exercises, meditation texts, and materials that guide learners from a short pause toward a more gathered personal practice. In every course, she focuses on a soft tone, clean module logic, and enough space for personal notes.
At Zenliracul, Anna brought her approach into a course line that moves from a first introduction to meditation toward deeper self-paced exploration. Free Session introduces the first pause. Path Session builds a calm route. Align Session works with attention, breath, and body. Anchor Session adds grounding practices. Drift Session helps learners observe thoughts and emotions with more softness. Loom Session connects separate practices into a personal rhythm. Cloud Session works with space and a wider field of attention. Luma Session explores attention clarity and light imagery. Origin Session returns to the foundation. Echo Session helps learners revisit, reflect, and gather their own sequence.

Anna’s mission with Zenliracul is to create courses that sound calm, feel clear, and support attentive learning at a personal pace. We do not claim that every learner will have the same experience, because each person comes to practice with their own state, story, and rhythm. Instead, Zenliracul offers structured materials, simple exercises, gentle explanations, and space for personal notes.
Zenliracul is a place for those who want to explore breath, stillness, body, attention, and inner observation without rushing.
