What is included in Free Session

Free Session includes a short learning material that introduces the basic elements of meditation practice. Inside, you will find modules on preparing for a session, observing the breath, gently returning attention, and closing the practice calmly.

The material is suitable as a first step before choosing a broader Zenliracul course. It does not overload you with details, but it gives enough space to understand whether our calm learning format feels right for you.

Course modules

Module 1: Quiet Start

The first module helps you prepare your space for a short practice. You will learn how to sit more comfortably, reduce distractions, and begin the session without rushing.

Module 2: Breath Note

This module introduces simple breath observation. You will notice the natural rhythm of inhaling and exhaling without force or overanalysis.

Module 3: Soft Focus

This module is focused on attention and its gentle return to the present moment. If thoughts distract you, the practice shows how to notice this calmly and return to the chosen point of focus.

Module 4: Closing Pause

The closing module helps you end the practice gradually. You will learn how to take a short pause after the session and write a few words about your current state.

How to use Free Session

Download the PDF file and choose a quiet place where you feel comfortable reading the first module. You do not need to finish everything at once: you can begin with one section, complete a short practice, and return to the next module later.

It is helpful to keep a notebook nearby or use the note pages inside the PDF. After practice, write one or two sentences about what you noticed in your breath, body, attention, or mood.

Certificate after completion

After finishing Free Session, the learner can receive a certificate of participation from Zenliracul. It confirms that the introductory materials were completed and the basic course practices were studied. The certificate can be saved for personal records or added to a private learning collection.
