Zenliracul includes 10 meditation courses that gradually introduce breath, attention, body observation, grounding, inner space, reflection, and a personal practice rhythm.

1. Free Session

Theme: first introduction to meditation practice.
Modules: Quiet Start, Breath Note, Soft Focus, Closing Pause.
Inside: short pauses, breath observation, soft attention return, and a gradual practice closing.
For: a first look at Zenliracul and basic meditation materials.

2. Path Session

Theme: a calm route after the introductory session.
Modules: Path Opening, Breath Route, Body Marker, Thought Crossing, Attention Trail, Evening Path.
Inside: intention before practice, breath as a guide, body signals, thought observation, and an evening pause.
For: learners who want to continue after the first course and better understand practice sequence.

3. Align Session

Theme: connecting attention, breath, body position, and mood.
